Huade County Huide Wind Power Generation Co., LTd. is invested and established jointly by Xiangtou International and Xiangtou Holding, including that Xiangtou International occupies 98% shares, and Xiangtou Holding occupies 2% shares. The company is professionally engaged in the development of clean energy, including wind power generation and solar energy, etc. and has registered capital of RMB 257,390,000 Yuan. Now, the development and construction of 99,000 kw in total for the 1st and 2nd phases have been completed. The 3rdphase of 50,000 kw is in construction which is planned to be operation in the end of 2018.
2. Windpower projects in Hunan: XTI possesses 350 MW wind power projects in 13th 5-year plan wind power plan, among which 270 MW has gained the approval of government. 50 MW projects has been approved by XTI’s shareholders, 120 MW projects as been submitted to shareholders for approval.
